Site: Dumbo, NY near Brooklyn Bridge Park - Pier 1

Premise: With a partner, design a 150 bed dormitory partially utilizing an existing structure. While following the guidelines of building and zoning codes.

Project: The façade was designed based on solar patterns throughout the seasons and shaped to create waterfalls when it rains.
